If a pregnancy is achieved prior to the completion of the three cycles, the remaining cycles will be refunded. The patient must request this by calling (602) 343-2756.

Medication is not included in the above prices and can range from $150 to $1500.

LH monitoring kits ($30) and urine pregnancy tests ($10) are not included in the above prices and are purchased separately.

Baseline ultrasounds, cyst checks, follow ups, HSG, and Clomid challenges tests are not included in the above prices.

If you decide to cancel prior to the completion of the three prepaid cycles and are not pregnancy, then your cost reverts to the actual cost of the procedures.
